About the role :-

This is program manager role who will be managing multiple integration projects. We cater to enterprise clients (b2b only) and on case to case basis, pm will be managing client and also the entire project. Some candidates are asking during interview whether this is b2c or b2b! Kindly filter this.He/she will be doing Vendor management (so anyone who has this experience will be preferred. Details given below)

Must have:

1. Qualification: B-tech + MBA (If CSC, IT grad then experience can be 0 years. In case other specialization during engg, IT experience before MBA or IT specialization during MBA preferred). Kindly use this to filter

Other soft skills (Mandatory):

1. Excellent communication skills both written and spoken (Please don't get candidate who cannot express/explain things properly)

2. Excellent interpersonal and articulation skills

3. Excellent problem solving skills (I give case questions related to program management or anything mentioned in the CV)

4. Who is well aware of the the roles and responsibilities and sincerely applied for this opening (Open to any kind of experience provided they are very clear why they want to switch career path)

5.Candidate should have basic technical knowhow about APIs, Database, different tech stacks etc. Experience or detailed knowledge not required.

This is for junior position. So 0-2 years experience is fine before or after MBA

Need B-tech + MBA (Details given below)

Other preferred skills/experience:

1. Developer experience before MBA will have added advantage

2. Stakeholder management experience (Both client and vendor)

3. Start up experience or experience in any fast paced company (Working across teams preferred)

4. Who can join as early as possible (within a week)
