Job Responsibilities: - Responsible for partnering with the recruitment team in hiring resources as per the annual operating plan - Responsible for conducting regular 1-0-1 and FGDs with employees and propose the action plan basis finding to business leaders - Responsible for executing org wide HR initiative across the business efficiently and effectively. - Ensure the timely execution of reward and recognition program across the business - Responsible for executing onboarding and induction plan for the new joiners across the levels - Coordinate employee development plans and performance management for the business - Produce and maintain reports on employee database, hiring progress and other HR metrics - Support the L&D team in conducting training needs assessment and design the program for employees across levels - Investigate complaints brought forward by employees and submit the findings to business Requirements: - Master's degree in Human Resource Management - 1-3 years of experience as HR Generalist/HR Business Partnering - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines
