Cleartax - HR Business Partner - Tech Hiring (2-6 yrs)

The Tech HRBP role with entail partnering with Tech/Product team at Clear to drive business growth and employee centricity.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Business/Functional Acumen: You must have an understanding of the organization's vision, mission and strategy. Have an in-depth understanding of value chain of Product and Tech and their alignment with organization goals.

Productivity: Drive initiatives to enhance productivity of the teams. Have a focus towards enabling growth of the teams.

Performance Management: Drive OKR planning, goal setting for the respective teams and facilitate Performance appraisal discussions to elevate performance of the teams

Engagement: Maintain strong connect with employees and Leaders to understand pulse of the teams and drive action plan to build highly engaged teams.

Partner in Talent sourcing and onboarding: Liaise with TA team and Tech/Product managers to ensure we hire right. Work closely with TA and Managers to ensure positive candidate experience.

Custodian of policies and processes: Be the first point of contact for employees and ensure timely resolution of employee issues. Ensure adherence to company policies. Liaise with teams to ensure a health and safe working environment

Managerial Effectiveness: Coach and mentor leaders and managers and drive initiatives (1:1, Skip level meetings, feedback to Managers) to improve managerial effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- Candidate must have prior experience as Tech HRBP and should have an overall HR experience of 3-5 years.

- Experience in fast paced environment/ startups is preferred.
