Opportunity ClearTax is looking for a creative, focused, well-organized and highly-motivated individual to drive their Sales and Operations organization for their GST business. This role will involve heading an organization of 250 members and will be supported by senior and mid-level managers. This individual will be responsible for driving sales across telesales and offline team, hiring and maintaining channel partners and heading operations across KAM and support teams. This role is crucial in helping ClearTax deliver 10x sales and software usage growth target for ClearTax GST business Responsibilities Partner Recruitment, Enablement, Development - Recruitment of new channel partners to drive sales across CAs, Tax Practitioners and MSMEs - Drive acquisition through partner ecosystem and enable partners with pricing and sales infrastructure initiatives - Maintain relationships with Channel Partners and ensure business interest is met for ClearTax as well as partners Sales Planning and Execution - Head an organization of 150 members across online and offline sales teams operating from across the country - Achieve revenue and sales goals working in several in house sales models - Offline sales: Lead regional managers and their respective teams (~30) across India to drive pan India sales through ClearTax sponsored events and door to door referrals Online sales: Lead a team of 120 sales agents working on marketing qualified leads and drive sales Customer Escalation and KAM - Head an organization of 80 agents handling KAM and Customer Escalation desk - Drive a high performance organization and create suitable rewards and incentive program to keep high motivation across the organization - Monitors performance of KAM and support agents and drive them to higher levels of success. - Head initiatives for developing good CRM systems, efficient lead management, company and agents performance reporting Customers served: CA, Tax Practitioners, MSMEs Location: Bangalore Function: Sales and Support Head Qualifications Desired Skills &amp; Experience - 12-15 years of demonstrated experience in a similar role with a strong focus on indirect sales and channel development for a software product company. - Track record of results-oriented sales and partner management that sets and achieves metrics for partner recruiting, enablement, opportunity generation, revenue. - Professional sales training would be an advantage but not essential.
