- Run a quality check on entire infra, ensure that everything is smooth.
- Monitor inbox placement for customers.
- Enforce Email standards like SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for all new clients.
- Analyze performance and advice clients on best practices of email sending and enforce them.
- Be up to date with global email trends, and implement them within the system.
- Tracking and correcting DNSBL listings and other ISP blocks.
- Designing and running tests on Email Deliverability.
- Applying, Testing and verifying Feedback Loops.
- Maintaining DNS and MTAs.
- Run the email campaigns for different internal clients/businesses.
- Work with the design and content team to come up with engaging communications to drive maximum ROI out of the email campaigns
- Constantly A/B test and optimize the different type of email campaigns and elements of the campaigns (subject line, CTA buttons, images, layouts, etc.)
- Stay updated with the latest market trends in email marketing and come up with innovative campaigns.
- Constantly seek to optimize the performance of the email marketing efforts by driving more ROI out of the campaigns.
- Strive for analytical excellence by measuring & adapting creatives based on the performance of the creatives (CTRs, email open rates, etc.) on email campaigns
- Provide feedback and input on marketing campaigns to the marketing team and identify opportunities to create more engaging marketing campaigns
