Key roles and responsibilities

1. Act as a single face of Clear for CXOs of large Enterprises both as a Account SPOC and Solutioning expert in IT & Finance domains

2. Articulate Clear vision at a strategic level to CXOs and build long lasting relationships; Work with user-teams to understand burning pain-points in the CFO's office and articulate Clear solutions to address those pain points

3. Own revenue, collections and customer success KPIs for a portfolio of Enterprise logos; Develop and implement account level sales/ GTM strategies to achieve given targets

4. Own end-to-end sales pipeline from prospecting to deals closure to solution delivery -> hunt new logos, maintain relationships and grow existing accounts

5. Build a deep understanding of Clear's digital transformation SaaS solutions to be able to accurately prospect and address needs of large enterprises

6. Also expected to understand ERP integration approaches to be able to understand and articulate client requirements with internal functional teams

7. Closely work with Product and ERP integration teams during deal solutioning stage; ensure Clear offerings are designed as per client's requirement and delivered on-time and within budget while considering Clear's constraints

8. Liaison closely with customer success and delivery teams to ensure client's ongoing issues are resolved well within SLAs

9. Work with Finance/legal teams to ensure contract execution and cash collections

10. Continue building in-depth knowledge of the customer's business priorities, challenges, and overall market needs that can be translated into product offerings

11. Work closely with internal stakeholders (business head, product marketing, category teams) to define and execute sales strategies, messaging, and ideas to drive further growth

Skill set :

1. Demonstrated client engagements and relationships at CXO level with large Enterprises; proven ability to manage stakeholders both at CXO and mid senior level

2. Proven experience in acquiring and nurturing deals worth greater than 1Cr -10Cr annual contract value

3. Knowledge and experience of the tax/ compliance / Accounts payable / Financing domain; experience in digital transformation for CFO's office is a plus

4. High level technical aptitude to understand build journey and deployment of cloud based SaaS products while integrating with ERP systems

5. Experience in managing revenue targets and delivering growth

6. Experience of hands-on-delivery of enterprise grade solutions while working with IT and delivery teams

7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver compelling client presentations, strong business acumen and problem solving skills

8. Ability to work in extremely high pace environment with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

1. Graduation or MBA degree from tier-1 institute; MBA is major plus

2. 3-5 consulting experience from tier-1 tax and compliance consulting firms is a plus

3. 3+ years of experience in Sales, BD and Account management for SaaS or digital transformation offerings to large Enterprises - holistic experience on all dimensions preferred

4. 3+ years experience in solutioning and delivery of technology products to Enterprises; hand-of experience as a developer or technical program manager in ERP / ERP integration projects is a plus
