About Role Finance market Analyst, is a role driving the Company's vision to transition from content as an enabler to content as a product. Driving this charter to build the most sought after financial content brand will be the main-stay of the contributor in this role. Millennials and Generation Z believe in being independent and rely on DIY models for managing their own finances. Content therefore becomes a very important lever to drive awareness, education, knowledge-sharing and engagement for the customers. You are not expected to write or create the content, but rather direct the content creators. The market analyst role will therefore be to drive this charter. Responsibilities : - The market analyst will drive relevant content to empower investors. We identify in-demand topics, arm and advise our content and marketing teams with data and recommendations on what will be most attractive for our investors, launch cross-team initiatives to further the content productization and business agendas, and co-incubate emergent financial topic areas and content product lines. - We are seeking a data-minded strategist with strong knowledge and keen interest in Finance, economics and investment space. Both India's personal finance and other allied economic sectors which impact consumers are regulated. This person will provide strategic consultation to our content, marketing and design teams about the content needs of our investors, corporate partners and distributors. Specifically- - Devise content strategy across formats (textual, video, audio) and ensure execution on a regular basis. Lead ideation and creation of high-engagement content IPs - Assume editorial responsibility for all content and content design published on the platform - Regular reporting to the category team on key metrics related to content performance - Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure the relevance of content created, designed and distributed keeping in mind the trends and audience feedback. - Build and manage a contributor network to ensure flow of high quality content (in - line with content strategy) What we look for - Added advantage if he is CA/ CFA (Level 1 or above)/ MBA finance. - Experience- At least 2-3 years of having worked at a financial media company or investment space, in research, investment management or content strategy role - You are the Sherlock Holmes of financial case studies. Basically you are a walking wikipedia for everything called economics, finance and money. You know the inside masala of all possible scams and the next big trend in finance! - You love debating, discussing and sharing your meal with people who can sit and listen to your tales. Or you can be on the other side of the table, consistently enjoying these stories on money and finance - Data Ninja! Affinity and acumen for strong data and insights led approach to content curation - Understanding of latest trends, consumer insight and the overall space in general - Strong content review or critic skills. Brownie points if you have a blog/vlog/interesting Instagram account! - Very strong passion for research, energy and entrepreneurial zeal. Ability to think on your toes - A can-do, problem solving attitude, one that is indispensable to a start-up environment - Should be able narrate the latest financial scam case study while playing Table Tennis- We at CT swear on our TT skills
