ClearTax - Channel Relationship Manager (1-3 yrs)
Job role:
As a Channel Relationship Manager, you have strong understanding and relationships on how channel partners (VAR, SI, OEM, Banks) work to help accelerate the distribution of technology/SaaS company. Our objective is to accelerate the sales and distribution of our flagship GST compliance solution to the top CAs & mass SMEs in the country by leveraging multiple types of channel partners
Responsibilities:
- Build a strong Channel Eco System with a strong Plan to deliver organizations objective.
- Travel extensively across channel partner network to sign up and grow them
- Become a subject expert on the ClearTax GST product
- Ability to program manage and execute trainings for channel sales team members
- Deliver revenue targets assigned month on month through assigned channels
- Understand on ground challenges and tweak the pitch and process
- Handle and manage channel conflict
Required skills:
- 1+ Years of Channel Experience in a reputed organization.
- Strong track record of excellence in execution.
- Determination to overachieve the targets assigned.
- Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and problem solving
- The ability to assess a market, pull insights from the metrics you- ve been tracking, and execute a plan to improve.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
