Background:

- Own the marketing charter for the consumer business and help them achieve their targets of acquisition and promotion of consumer products Tax, Investments etc. through various marketing campaigns. Own the annual budgets for marketing and deliver acquisitions and order volumes.

- IMC: Device Integrated Marketing Campaigns for the business and drive it with multiple stakeholders. Create a detailed IMC plan and calendar with various stakeholders and collaborate with them to drive the campaign and business targets successfully.

- Segmentation & Value Proposition: Work closely with category team to define customer segments, positioning and clear value proposition. Keep a tab on the pulse of our audience, gauge their reaction to our campaigns, understand their needs and barriers to draw further campaign insights.

- Communication & Creatives: Brief and work with various teams, such as designers, animators and copywriters, to come up with simple yet impactful campaign communication. Ensure that the brand guidelines are adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels.

- GTM Strategy: Responsible for go-to-market strategy for the mobile app, consumer insights for financial products in cleartax consumer division (tax, investments etc). developing offerings and value propositions, brand building, analytics, new channel strategies and PR.

- Audience Journey: Well versed with organic and inorganic marketing strategies and drives growth through SEO, Emails, PR, Whatsapp, SMS and performance marketing channels. Explore new acquisition channels like YouTube, Social Media, Affiliates and community development. Take charge of website to make the value proposition clear as well as own conversion from visitors to leads. Create a campaign go-live plan and work with media channel owners on a media plan and ensure campaign execution in time on all channels. Own the audience journey throughout the campaign - media, landing page and the CTA

- Budget Management: Work within a budget, track all spends and prevent any overspend

- Reporting & Insights: Drive all the teams to support you with regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs. Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns, analyze and draw insights from the campaigns.

- Marketing Trends: Keep abreast of current trends in marketing, new experiments that we can do.
