1) Diagnoses complex interlinked problems from multiple angles.
2) Understands the impact of problems and solutions across the departments and can articulate the same effectively to relevant stakeholders
3) Anticipates and responds to challenges, associated risks and enables the solution of complex problems. Steers the department towards managing challenges and advocates insights driven, sustainable problem solving
