Roles and Responsibilities :
- As a key member of the Business Team at ClearTax, you will lead a team to secure partnerships to grow our GST business.
- Ability to manage and lead small teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-driven with high ambition and motivation to succeed
- In partnership with the Inside Sales and Marketing Teams, foster lead nurture programs that will create greater momentum through the sales process Managing the entire P&L of the territory
- Creating business alliances to drive sales
- Proactively develop new and existing broker relationships and strategic alliances through partner referrals
- Ensure the relationships are mutually beneficial, continuing to progress and are producing reciprocal referrals.

- Highly effective communication, presentation and research skills; comfortable speaking to company decision makers and C-Level executives
- Demonstrated assertive and outgoing personality
- Possess a polished and professional image
- Passionate about building and maintaining strategic relationships

- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in business development, account management, negotiating and closing partnership
