Designation: Senior Transaction Manager
Reporting to: Director Sales
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrate strong business development activities through networking, industry events, conferences etc. Develop new relationships with corporate particularly high growth startups and enterprise clients looking for office space expansion.
- Maintain regular contact with Corporate Representatives to identify new leasing opportunities, understand their future leasing requirements and monitor new concepts for lease-up potential.
- Maintain regular contact with Landlords' and their Representatives to monitor leasing activities, trends and leasing opportunities.
- Works with external brokers, prospective clients, and other stakeholders in the execution of new leases, lease renewals, new site acquisitions, disposition of surplus space through subleasing, sale renewals, early lease termination, and more.
SKILLS & BACKGROUND
- Graduate / Post Graduate with a minimum 3 years of experience.
- Excellent Communication & inter personal skills.
- Strong analytical, negotiation & financial skills
- Self-starter, Confident, Strong Networking & Persuasion skills
- Excellent team player with ability to multi task
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
- Prior Corporate Sales experience in Real Estate / Hospitality / IT / Consulting would be preferred.
