Qualifications : - STRICTLY FOR CANDIDATES WITH ATLEAST 10 YRS OF INVESTMENT BANKING EXPERIENCE IN INDIA. Experience : A minimum of 10 yrs of Investment Banking experience with prominent firms and a Deal legacy Job role : Manager - Investment Banking - Excellent Industry network, relationships with the mid-corporate entities - Experience in Originating ECM related mandates from Listed mid-corporates - Private placement, QIP, FII - fundraising assignments - Experience in originating Debt and IPO mandates from established private entities - Thorough understanding for Deal structures and Investment models Remuneration : INR 50 lakhs/Annum (Fixed component and Bonus) - Plus Leadership role and Profit share for the Right candidate, who displays Commitment, Capability and Moral standards.
