Qualifications : - STRICTLY FOR CANDIDATES WITH ATLEAST 10 YRS OF MERCHANT BANKING EXPERIENCE IN INDIA. Experience : A minimum of 10 yrs of Merchant Banking experience with prominent firms and a Deal legacy Job role : Director - Merchant Banking - Excellent Industry network, relationships with the sme, mid-corporate entities - Private placement, QIP, FII - fundraising expertise - Excellent understanding of Equity Capital markets - Theoretical understanding of all products in DCM and ECM portfolio - Thorough understanding for Deal structures and Investment models - Ability to develop an Analyst team of CS, CA's for inhouse assignments Remuneration : INR 50 lakhs/Annum (Fixed component and Bonus) - Plus Leadership role and Profit share for the Right candidate, who displays Commitment, Capability and Moral standards.
