Job Title : Debt Syndication Manager- Pharma

STRICTLY FOR CANDIDATES WITH SME, MID-CORPORATE BANKING BACKGROUND AND DEBT SYNDICATION EXPERIENCE IN PHARMA SECTOR.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors in commerce, CA or MBA with Private banking experience

- A Solution seeking mindset & clarity of communication

- Extremely good network of clientele across Pharma sector

- Good network of Private and PSU Bankers, NBFC's at regional leadership and Credit functions.

Experience :

- A minimum of 5 yrs of Mid Corporate/Business banking experience with Private banks/IB/NBFC specialised in Pharma sector.

- Ideal candidates with potential to head the Debt Syndication Division for the Pharma Sector.

- Excellent network of stakeholders in the Pharma ecosystem

- Legacy of fundraise performance in the sector

Job Role : Lead origination and Execution

- Ability to Originate and Execute Debt fundraise Deals - Pharma and LifeSciences sector

- Conventional needs, like working capital/Term loan requirements

- Debt Refinancing, Debt Takeover proposals

- Project finance, Offshore Debt, NCD's

- Strategic initiatives to engage SME and Corporate players in the Pharma sector

Remuneration :

- INR 15 lakhs to 30 lakhs per Annum

- Plus Leadership role and Profit share for the Right candidate, who is a testament of Commitment, Capability and good moral values.
