Please read the JD below before applying As our Product Expert you will: - Develop a deep understanding of our users: their problems, their needs, their desires. - Define the product vision and product strategy in the short term, medium, and long term. - Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and successfully synthesize those into the focused product roadmap. - Own the product metrics and success for features, product releases. - Constantly analyses the product performance against ROI, KPIs, and other metrics and is driven to improve performance. - Collaborate with Senior Leadership - Tech / Growth / Marketing to deliver the product roadmap Desired Skill Set: - 5-8 years of experience working with world-class product companies in product management. - Experience in designing simple and intuitive user interfaces, the ability to create examples through wireframes and mockups is a must. - Passionate about UI/UX and must have an obsession for detail - A data driven analyst who uses user research, customer/stakeholder feedback, and competitive insights as inputs to conceptualize and prioritize product requirements - Tier 1 college preferred
