Who are we looking for: - The ideal candidate should be someone who's worked in product & strategy roles in top-tier startups / has had an associate level work experience at a top-tier consulting firm - About 2-4 years' experience in two or more areas of strategy, product, and growth - A technical undergraduate degree and/or equivalent work experience in a high growth company or startup. Technical understanding must go from the highest abstractions down to the metal. - A high bar across the board - from your own contributions to the people you work with to the products you work on. - Demonstrated experience in contributing to business case development / strategic recommendations from end-to-end - Experience supporting qualitative and quantitative customer or market research - Excellent verbal & written communications skills - Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment As our Product Manager with the Classplus Lite team, you will: - Understand Product's strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry - Work closely with developers and architects to build applications in our technology stack - Set product goals that are measurable with extreme attention to details, make product decisions based on analytics, a/b tests, optimize the product towards the product goal. - Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction - Track industry and marketplace trends to continually assess and enhance the product and user experience
