We at Classplus are looking for a dynamic "Channel Sales Leader" to scale up our Business Development Vertical. As our Channel Sales Lead you will: - Manage a team of 30+ members. - Prioritizing on scaling up the Affiliate / Channel Sales program for Classplus. - Expand the Channel / Affiliate Network to contribute 50% of overall sales 6 to 12 months from now. - Help train and mentor new team members and set them up for success. - Take ownership of the team targets and guide/support them as and when required. - Ensure all data/reports/analyses are shared with Leadership in a timely and accurate manner. Desired Skill Set: - Any Graduation / Post-graduation. - 8 - 10 Years of overall Sales experience. - Must have handled large scale Channel / Affiliate programs in the past - 4+ Years of Team handling experience. - Should have managed a team of 30+ members in the past. - Excellent communication skills. - Past experience in a similar role (preferably Edtech / B2B) would be an added advantage.
