We are looking for an experienced Finance Professional to lead the Business Finance for the company. Business Finance Lead is expected to provide the Predictability as well as necessary on-grounds controls to optimize the costs and enhance the revenue potentials by partnering with the Business Stakeholders. Roles And Responsibilities: - Develop financial plan and responsible for entire gamut of financial budgeting and forecasting for the business. - Be Proactive to detect and prevent any costs being overshoot as per the Financial Plan. - Acting as a Strong interface and Partnering with the Key Business Stakeholder to ensure on-ground implementation of Finance Plan. - Manage business development activities according to financial plan to achieve cost optimization - Oversee and manage spending in line with agreed budgets for the business team. - Monitor business performance and highlight deviations with recommendations to course correction. - Create dashboards and reporting to enable quick review and decision making - Review the actual results against the budgeted goals to identify and correct issues and variances. - Additional duties as necessary You Should Be: - Finance Professional (CA/MBA) with 6+ years of experience in the field of Business Finance. - Preferable 3+ years- Experience in e-commerce/Start-up - Hands on experience in the above-mentioned Roles & Responsibilities - Stakeholders Management is an expected trait
