Claris Lifesciences - Senior Manager/AGM - Corporate Finance - Banking Domain (6-11 yrs)
Sr. Manager / AGM Corporate Finance (Banking)
Responsibilities:
- To establish and manage Working Capital Limit with Banks/ FIs.
- To manage LC/ BG for Capex and Opex.
- To manage Credit Rating Process.
- To liaison with Equity Investors, Banks, Financial Institutions.
- To managing LIE / Legal Advisors/ CAS appointed by Financial Institutions.
- To ensure Compliances, Debt Servicing for Equity and Financial Institutions.
- To work closely with Cross Functional Team for Due Diligence process.
- To work closely with accounts team for Financial Reporting, Cash Flow Management, Finance Docket to identify the improvement areas in financial and operational areas
- To work closely with Cross Functional Team for Annual Operating Planning.
Desired Candidate Profile: The candidate should have
Experience: 6+ years of relevant experience in project financing / corporate banking / Bank Liaison
Technical Expertise:
- Strong financial modelling, analytic skills and presentation preparation abilities.
- Thorough exposure in managing LIE / Legal Advisors / FI.
- Implementing strategic functions such as Financial Analysis, Forecasting, Project Funding, Working Capital Management, Forex Management, Funds Management, Treasury Management & MIS etc.
Educational Qualification: CA / CFA / B.E + PGDM _ Finance / MBA - Finance
Personal Attributes:
- Excellent communication, presentation and networking skills.
- Have ability to work, both independently and as team member, with effective collaboration
- Have attention to detail with ability to analyze and prepare concise reports
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to lead & mentor team
