Position's mission: - Clarion Technologies is currently setting the ground for the next leap of growth. The VP- Strategic initiatives will closely work with the CEO &amp; MD to conceptualize and execute new growth ideas through various new initiative strategies. S/He will also be instrumental in incubating the new line of business through various cross functional teams. Role &amp; Responsibilities: - - Develop a strong understanding of the business &amp; the industry through research and analysis to identify potential area of growth. - Present competitive benchmarking to forecast potential share of wallet in the identified market. - Set-up projects/business from scratch by effective planning and execution through cross functional teams. - Design &amp; Deploy long-term growth strategy and be instrumental to drive it through annual planning and goal setting process. - Enable growth decisions by providing various reports, analysis, facts and figures from time to time. Experience &amp; Academics: - You will have an overall experience of 18-24 years with recent experience in closely working with the executive team. Your entrepreneurial stint or experience working with a startup will give you an extra edge. A post graduate from premier institute will be preferred. Leadership attributes: - You are a result-oriented leader with strong analytical &amp; data driven thinking that does not limit your creativity.
