- The candidate should have experience of SEM, Google, and FB
- The candidate should have handled a budget of 2-5 Cr
- The candidate should have experience of handling a team of 5-6 people
- We are specifically looking for people with good pedigree ( NIT, IIT and IIM)
- The candidate should have experience in stakeholder management
- The candidate should have worked in large set up
- The candidate should have at least 1 year experience in Product Management
- The Budget will be from 25-30 LPA
Define the digital customer acquisition strategy across all digital marketing channels (website, blogs, emails and social media) in line with company's strategy
- Grow digital acquisition & revenue and hold direct responsibility for driving traffic, conversion and ROI (where to spend, who to target and what will be the return) for all digital acquisition channels including paid search.
- Build Digital team internally
- Maximize optimization and continuously seek optimization and growth through performance analysis, A/B and multivariate testing, customer segmentation, creative partnership, landing page optimization and more
- Responsible for the day-to-day performance of digital marketing channels
- Define key metrics and keep senior leadership informed on a weekly/monthly/ quarterly basis, highlighting trends and opportunities for improvement
