CK Birla Healthcare - Chief Technology Officer

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Chief Technology Officer to define and execute the overall Technology & IT strategy for the company, such that it provides a competitive advantage to the company and is aligned to its vision and aspirations.

- Pre-requisites for consideration of candidature:

- B.Tech/MS degree in Computer Science/IT from a reputed University (IIT/NIT)

- 10-15 years of experience in consumer and enterprise applications. Should have led the entire product lifecycle management for a consumer and enterprise product

- Should have a good understanding of Engineering and Product Management

- Should be a techno-functional expert

Location: Gurgaon

Key Job Responsibilities:

- Support the vision and goals through functional leadership: Study global best practices in healthcare and develop an impactful IT and product strategy in order to make technology a differentiator for the company. Review and identify new areas of technology, align the IT team and vendors to the organization's goals and targets and create internal 'champions' for its vision and values.

- Staff a competent IT team for the smooth functioning of the department: Ensure the optimum staffing and skills levels for the IT function in line with service promises of the business, expansion plans, staff costs and productivity norms.

- Support the hiring/ outsourcing and on-boarding of high quality staff and vendors. Drive functional capability through rigorous functional and behavioral training and certifications for the team

- Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills.

- Should have developed and managed a successful product for domestic/international market

- Experience in Product and engineering domains

- Managed a team of Engineering managers and product managers
