Position : Manager, Transformation Office Organization: CK Birla Group of Hospitals Location : Two positions in Kolkatta Dual reporting to the Head of Transformation for CK Birla Group of Hospitals and to the Head of the allocated Hospital in Kolkatta/Jaipur. This job involves : - Participating in creation of monthly, quarterly, yearly and long term strategy - Providing inputs on your assigned hospital's current dynamics and business requirements - Preparing short term and long term budgets - Conducting Business and Operational Performance Analysis against budgets - Implementation of Strategic initiatives identified by the Corporate office, Group COO or Head of Transformation - Identifying opportunities for operational improvements and business growth MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS (Please don't apply if you lack any of these) : - Exposure To Hospitals Through Either Education Or Employment In A Hospital Is Mandatory.&nbsp; - Good Knowledge Of Ms- Excel &amp; Ms-Powerpoint Is Mandatory&nbsp; - Grammatically Correct English Is Mandatory Education required : - Graduate or Postgraduate in any field. - Education in fields that provide the candidate exposure to analytics, business management or hospitals are highly desirable Work experience required : - Work experience in fields that provide the candidate exposure to analytics, business management or hospitals are highly desirable - Previous exposure to Hospital Operations or Business Strategy is desirable Skills required : - Strategic and data driven mindset - Initiative and Smartness - Good at identifying opportunities for business growth and operational excellence - Good at stakeholder management - Exposure/Understanding of Hospital or Healthcare operations is desirable - Tech savvy - Good knowledge of MS-Office including MS-Excel and MS-Powerpoint - Able to write grammatically correct and well formatted English
