Responsibilities

- To tie-up with HRs and HR consultants in the civil industry and increase the number of job postings by them

- To fulfill the job postings by identifying the profile of good fit candidates and guiding the team to scout for and contact such candidates

- To manage a team of Database creators, CV convertors, and calling executives

Good fit

- Should have worked in the talent acquisition profile in civil industry for at-least 8-15 years

- Should have good connections with HR consultants and company HRs in Civil industry

- Should have done MBA (HR)
