Market / Trade Sourcing (critical to this role) : - Build and manage a reliable network of distributors, super-stockists, wholesalers and C&F (carrying-and-forwarding) agents for competitive sourcing. - Secure competitive buying terms, genuine/authentic stock, and consistent fill rates from these secondary/open-market sources. 5. Team Leadership : - Lead and develop a small team (~2 members) - set priorities, review performance, and build category-management capability. 6. Growth Initiatives : - Plan and execute visibility and marketing campaigns. - Recommend and support private-label opportunities within the category, in partnership with the central PL team. - Collaborate with analytics, marketing and product teams on feature launches and merchandising. Why Join CityMall ? - Be at the forefront of building India's leading value-commerce platform for Bharat. - Own and shape a core FMCG category for a high-growth, high-impact business. - Work with a passionate, mission-driven team solving for real Bharat households.
