Job Description: - - Own top line as well as bottom line for the category, drive revenue and margins - Own assortment, merchandising, cataloging, inventory TAT, cash cycle - Build local and national tie ups with manufacturers, suppliers and brands - Setup inbound supply chain for the category in multiple cities, set operational guidelines for handling category assortment - Collaborate with various stake holders in designing, marketing and execution of various programs to increase consumer wallet share, penetration and retention - Collaborate in and lead product development initiatives to build for scale Skills Required :- - Past experience in Sourcing / General Merchandising / Lifestyle category sourcing / Key account Management/ Vendor Onboarding / Vendor Management / category management / sourcing all most all categories / 2-6 years. - Understanding of seasonality and trends. - Experience in multiple geographies is preferred - Preferred experience of working in high growth startups. Need to be very hands-on.
