Role: City Trainer

- Build Schedules, Tech training modules for online food apps.

- Build a multi city training program for a team strength of close to 200 SMs.

- Identify training tools for individual assessment, re-trainings and scorecard handling for SMs.

- Handling of external agency for training module and collateral designing. Content generations and training module updates.

- Build a city level training team and monitor their performance.

- Manage training budget

- Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary

- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
