- Drive the team to Acquire Merchants and make partner.
- Create and maintain positive client relationships to build business and drive volume.
- Able to work independently but within the strategic framework with good business acumen.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, client service, and retention plans in order to deliver month on month growth.
- Responsible for the P&L of the assigned region.
- Gather feedback from the merchant/customer and work with product team and customer service team to improve customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for overall volume growth from their region.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients
