City Sales Head - FMCG (2-7 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Hire, Lead & manage the entire sales vertical of the City which strives to deliver the business targets

- Own complete City P&L of the sales vertical and formulate a data-driven strategy for growth of the business

- Design the sales strategy, set business goals & drive execution to achieve these goals

- Work closely with cross-functional vertical leaders in the formulation and execution of sales strategy, identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions

- Support and develop relationships with key strategic partners and business alliances

- Shortlist avenues of future growth and zero in on effective channels through structured data-driven experimentation

Apply if :

- You have an MBA or Tier 1 engineering degree with 1 - 4 years of BD / Sales experience in startups, OR, you have 6-8 years of experience of managing a large sales team at the state level with 3-4 years- experience in both FMCG and Telecom

- You are a master of out of the box thinking, experimenting mindset and have a proven track record of scaling up/over-achieving sales targets

- You have managed large sales / BD teams as city/state head

- You have managed P&L with excellent leadership & team management skills

- You have the ability to drive initiatives in a constantly changing work environment and adopt a do-what-it-takes mind-set
