City Sales Head - Corporate Sales - Online

We are looking for City Sales- Head with an leading Online company based out of Ahmedabad.

- Minimum 7 years of experience. Upper Age limit: 34 years.

- Experience in hardcore sales. Preference will be to people who have exposure in both Corporate as well as retail selling. Corporate sales experience is mandatory.

- Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development.

- Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organization’s presence throughout Ahmedabad.

- Responsible for the planning, recruitment, training, direction, organization and control of Asst. sales managers and sales executives to accomplish specific objectives.

- Solid, demonstratable work experience and success credentials.

- Preference to people who have worked in complex sales structures, relationship-based selling, long-sales cycles.

- Outstanding ability to analyse sales trends, spot opportunities and excellent execution/planning skills are required.

- Preference for process-driven, aggressive candidates. People from BFSI, Classified Portals, Media etc will be preferred.
