Job Description :
- End-to-End ownership of operations of an entire city. Leading a team of 30+ Loan Managers to ensure business delivery with maximum efficiency and process adherence
- Single point of contact between the ground operations team and the central team. He or she will have to co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination across teams
- Ensuring Ops processes and policies set forth by the company are implemented on the ground and monitored to ensure 100% adherence
- Ability to evaluate and hire team members on the ground
- Getting the best out of the ground operations team to deliver monthly city targets
- Training and mentoring team members on a regular basis and give them pointed feedback
- Transaction audits with detailed performance measurement and feedback for improvement for team members
- Identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions to address
the same, in terms of sustainable systems and processes, in a dynamic business environment - Knack for setting, measuring and improving processes on a continuous basis
Experience:
- 5+ years experience in operations with an ability to manage mid-sized teams
- Startup experience is recommended.
