City Manager - P&L - IT

- The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to drive sales and Actively and consistently support efforts to simplify and enhance the partner experience.

- Develop strategy for acquisition of merchants, retailers from various segments.

- Responsible for sourcing, generating, closing new acquisition & activations signing leads.

- Will be managing the team of direct sales agents.

- Coach & mentor the team in acquisition and relationship management.

- Planning, formulating and implementing promotional strategies to increase market penetration and visibility.

- Should be prepared to travel across the city to develop a market Achieving sales targets.

Key Skills:

- 5 to 6 years of relevant experience.

- Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices.

- An ability to coach others on the Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

- Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution.
