JOB Responsibilities:

- Ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity, and development of HR within the company

- Manpower Planning: Has to have a concrete database of how many employees are currently active and how many more are required per department

- Attrition: Has to understand the reasons for employee attrition and come up with new/innovative strategies that can help in reducing the current attrition rate

- Training: Has to ensure that the new employees undergo the training process without any hustle and get the best set of training skills

- Performance Management: Has to keep a track of the performance of all the active employees and come with new ways through which the low performers can improve

- Employee Engagement: Has to understand the current organizational culture and come up with some activities/innovative ideas which makes the employees feel a part of an organizational family. A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the - pulse- of employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement

- Designing Incentives: Has to design the incentive plan policy( monthly, quarterly and yearly) for the active employees

- Policy Implementation: Has to understand the current policies of the organization and come up with new policies that can take the organization a step ahead

- HR Operations/Compliance: Has to have a good knowledge of labor laws and resolve the compliance issues
