City Head - Sales & Strategy - eCommerce/Internet (7-15 yrs)
POSITION : City Head (Bangalore) - Sales & Strategy
Requirements - Tier 1 & Tier 2 college graduates are preferred (Bachelors or Post-Grad).
Job Responsibilities :
1. At least 7 years of experience in core B2C (Business to Consumer) sector, B2B Experience is a plus.
2. Will be heading the P&L segment for the organization.
3. Manage the sales managers, sales teams in the specified area (Banagalore).
4. Collaborate with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region.
5. Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals.
6. Assist sales personnel in their techniques.
7. Educate the sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings.
