Working with one of the leading construction services platform, you will be owning the P& L for a City and will drive topline in existing business and new lines of business Responsibilities : You would report to the National Sales Head and will be responsible for : - Overall P&L of a City - Driving business through the Sales Team - Coordination & facilitation of various processes for a smoother flow of business - Local marketing initiatives, identifying expansion opportunities and scaling up the business - Brand management in the area and providing exceptional customer experience - Coming up with a competitive pricing model and sales strategy - Managing a sizeable team which will assist you in the aforementioned tasks
