MBA from Tier 1 Institute (IIM,ISB,XLRI,MDI,FMS,NMIMS,SP Jain,MICA, NITIE,IIFT) - Handling the team of 40-50 people - Build the strategy and execute for building high quality demand and supply in the respective unit geography from the target customer segment aligned with the business objectives - Manage and troubleshoot day to day key fulfilment metrics through the team - Placement for various contracted lanes, process adherence and driving the quality metrics on various operational workflows - Implement collections framework and processes at the unit level to drive collections of outstanding revenue from customers across the geogrpahy and manage the working capital cash flows effectively - Resolve customer escalations on both the sides of the market place for shippers and truckers and ensuring smooth operations - Collaborating with the product & technology teams on driving adoption and launches of new features focussed on improving customer experience and operational efficiency - Building, mentoring and managing a team of high performing business development, operations and collections associates present across the assigned geography - Experience in handling P&L roles for atleast 1 year. - Experience in managing and driving results through large teams spread geographically. - Experience in early stage organizations with exposure to sales & operations will be preferred.
