Key Responsibilities:-
- Build business and lead P&L, set up client operations of a city/zone.
- Responsible for acquisition and portfolio management of client supply, building sustainable supply channels and overseeing operations and customer experience.
- Hire, mentor and lead teams of size 20-30 highly motivated employees across Business Development, Operations, Transformation and Finance.
- Responsible for managing Operations (quality of service & escalations) in the marketplace and ensuring high quality of customer experience and cost-effective operations.
