City Head/P&L Head - IIM/XLRI/IIT/NIT/FMS/MDI (5-10 yrs)
City Head/P&L Head
1. Maintaining- Complete - Operations:- The City Head would have to oversee both demand and supply side operations to ensure that annual revenue targets from Delhi are met.
2. Setting- up - Processes:- Considering North would be a new zone, one of the core responsibilities would be setting up the right processes to ensure the targets are met
3. Team- Building - & - Management:- Considering we have capital, targets and processes, next in line would be people who can run the show for us - building the right team from scratch, setting the performance metrics and driving efficiency would be another important KPI.
4. Analysis - and - Reporting: As an extension of process setting, a lot of focus would be expected on data recording, maintenance and analysis as most of the decisions would be data backed here
More - about - the - role - requirements:
1. Prior - Experience: Candidates with minimum experience of 5+ years in Sales/Operations/Supply Chain/Logistics/General Management etc can apply.
2. Prio - Consulting/PMO - Experience: Prior Project Management/ Consulting experience (at least 2 years) preferably in the tier-I/big 4 consulting firms would be strongly preferred
3. Willingness - to - be - on - the - ground:- - Given it is a real estate business, the role would involve managing site operations on the ground
4. Should have a strong knack for problem-solving
5. Educational Background: Tier I Engineering/MBA institutes
6. Complete fluency in Hindi and English is a must
