1 Set-up all the standard operating processes required for the smooth running of day-to-day activities

2 Leading Vendor Management, SCM, Logistics, Strategy and Process excellence programs

3 Setting up e-commerce operations which includes warehousing, fulfillment, payments, customer service, order fulfillment, and deliveries services

4 Identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage strategic 3PL Vendors & Order fulfillment and delivery

5 Responsible for the P&L of the city with accountability of budgets / P&L ownership of the city, including sales; Manage the performance of all employees in the city across HR, B&M, operations, etc

6 Own day-to-day operational metrics; along with team management, ensuring process adherence, quality, and resource planning

7 Plan marketing activities and review sales reports with a view to meeting monthly and annual sales targets

8 Play a significant role in long-term planning with a view to delivering operational excellence

9 Review financial statements, sales, and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement

10 Monitoring sale trends & working towards the Top-line Targets sale & Margins Information in planning for special offers & promotion

11 Coordination with category manager for buying & cataloging
