City Head - P&L - Co-Living Startup (5-10 yrs)

We are hiring for City Head for a Startup for Mumbai location. 


The key roles and responsibilities of the candidates would be to:

Job Location : Mumbai

Reporting to : CEO / Founder

Primary responsibility : 

- Drive the growth and efficiency of city operations

- Use your influencing skills, together with data analysis and creativity and manage operations and drive growth

- Manage the P&L of the city and directly responsible for both demand and supply

- Strategize projects to increase city performance and constantly innovate the process flow of the operations

- Manage the administrative functions, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible

- Build an extremely high caliber team and creating an environment that motivates people to thrive in their expertise and deliver aggressive results.

Expectations : 

P&L : Would be responsible for driving & sustaining city's revenue with P&L responsibilities.

Sales : Formulate the overall sales strategy for the city that includes sales, business development and post sales service management.

Operations : Drive operational excellence by introducing and monitoring best in class processes & quality programs. Maintain the overall key metrics like TAT and KPI's with several vendors, heads and other key partners.

Growth : Be responsible for brand growth, city specific marketing and branding programs.

Leadership : Put together an org structure required to execute all of the above. Hire, retain and grow talented folks across the org and drive high impact across the city

Key Skills & Qualifications :

- 5-8 years of experience in operations management in related fields

- Experience in managing a large team at a more senior level

- Technology affinity and track record of employing systems to drive simplification and change, proficient in using Microsoft Excel, very strong analytical skills, and data-driven

- Familiar with analyzing and making decision-based on numbers Fast learner and be comfortable working in a fast-changing startup environment
