City Head - Operations - eCommerce

We are currently assisting our client, an international e-commerce firm in their search for a City Head in multiple locations.

1. This City head will develop the respective city market first and ultimately grow to become the Head of India, Managing Director.

2. Their mission is to build and lead a value-centered team with the purpose of making the firm the number one intra-city delivery platform in India within 3 years.

3. You will directly manage a network of city managers and country-wide shared services.

4. You will oversee the business development of the platform.

5. Acquire users and grow the business. Develop and cultivate nation-wide strategic partnerships with customers and other stakeholders.

6. Work closely with marketing both online and offline and actively take part in spearheading local strategy.

7. The ideal candidate would be a strategic thinker who would be able to analyze and implement key factors to build the long-term success of the business in India.

8. A problem-solver who can identify the key levers underlying complex problems within the local context of a business with a bias towards action.
