City Head - Hub Operations - eCommerce

- Responsible for managing the entire Hub operations for Food business of the city

- Hiring and managing teams of exceptional caliber in that city

- Conduct Monthly Review Meeting (MRM) along with Station Managers and Support team. Responsible to drive Operation & People Metrics across span of hubs.

- Manage and Execute Entire last mile operation and coordinate with warehouse manager from all aspects to run effective warehouse operations.

- Knowledge of different types of Transportation routes and Network Designs specially in last mile deliveries

- Prepare & Implementation of transport Operations Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

- Working closely with supply chain team and problem solve with them to ensure all ops metrics remain on track

- Working closely with supply chain to figure out the right network design for that city

- Making the credit strategy for that city and implementing it
