Looking for City Head for our client Weddingz.in (now a part of Oyo Rooms) for various locations
Job Responsibilities:
1. Accountable for banqueting sales from weddingz managed properties
2. Ensure all venues across the city deliver at target.
3. Develop strategies to grow sales in their region
4. Work with cluster heads to drive the venues [A cluster head typically drives 10 venues]
5. Review data at city level/venue level to assess concerns and then work with cluster heads to fix the issues
6. Accountable for venue acquisition in the city
7. Develop venue acquisition plan on what kind of supply to get [budget, size, area, city]
8. Work with acquisition team to get supply
9. Regular training of cluster heads and accountable for their careers
10. Accountable for collection from venues
11. Resolve team issues and any major customer escalation
Required Skills:
1. MBA preferred Only from IIM A, B or C - Sales and Marketing)
2. Must have Prior sales + business development experience of 4 years.
3. Analytical and self-driven. Strategic thinker, Thinks and behaves like an entrepreneur
4. Should have lived/worked/studied in the city for a minimum of 4 years, Knowledge of the local language is a must
