Role:

As the city lead, the candidate will be responsible for the overall growth and the P&L of the city. He/she is expected for planning and executing marketing campaigns across the city, deployment of services at the restaurant, client servicing & ensuring a healthy growth in the restaurant count. We believe in solving local problems with local solutions, so understanding your market and delivering custom messages is important.

This is where creativity meets analytics head on. And it's the cross of the analytical with the creative that makes the City Head incredibly difficult job to execute.

Position Summary:

I. Responsible for the overall growth of the city, including growing the user base and the restaurant base.

II. Understand the culture of the city and identify new ways to execute it to satisfy customers

III. Initiate creative local marketing strategies and user growth campaigns.

IV. Manage deployment of in Resto at partner restaurants and ensure usage.

V. Represent Food tech company at local events and with local PR.

VI. Communicate product/process needs to HQ, work with product/engineering to deliver on them.

VII. Develop complex brand and event partnerships. Programs that evolve and transform the way that Food tech company markets and sells Food tech company for Business.

VIII. Create the strategies that steer the sales org including overall structure, compensation and quotas, lead generation and management, territory optimization, sales incentive programs, etc.

IX. Lead deployment of inResto and manage ongoing administration including user management, data management, application setup, customization, reports and dashboards

X. Responsible for building tools and creative processes for the sales organization to boost productivity

XI. Assist in the development, execution, and maintenance of training for the Sales organization and manage the onboarding process of new Sales employees.

XII. Tame upset diners and turn them into passionate evangelists

Candidate Profile:

Essential Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities) :

- 5+ years of consulting, investment banking, marketing or operations management experience. Experience at a fast-paced technology company preferred

- Preferable living on the respective city and spent 5-7 years in that city.

- Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking

- Creative solutions drove mindset, with a - get shit done- attitude

- Stellar networking skills and the ability to make smart partnerships happen.

- Entrepreneurial DNA and fear tolerance of a honey-badger

- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail

- A true passion for sales and creatively finds ways to make salespeople more productive"
