Your responsibilities - Own the P&L and operations for the entire city - Handle all issues pertaining to the operations of the city - Hire, groom and manage your team - Multi-task and coordinate with cross-functional teams Apply if - You are a graduate from a tier 1 engineering/business school - You have 2+ years of experience in a factory setup or a tech startup or with a leading FMCG company like HUL/ITC - You have a proven on-field execution track-record and have stayed in Hyderabad/Ahmedabad/Pune at some point and are familiar with the city - You are a native of the regions mentioned or have bilingual proficiency in Hindi and the native language.
