position : City Head

JD :

- You need to start & exponentially grow the business from scratch.

- Identifying hotspots in the city, office space & hiring/forming the team.

- Lead the sales, marketing, finance and operations of the city. Basically, PnL responsibility of the city.

- Engage all the involved stakeholders (owners/ tenants/ area partners/ vendors) to identify and solve problems
