Our Client is a leading Distributor for Investment and Financial Services and have a Pan India presence. Their research based advisory makes them market leaders. They are now looking for City Head's in MUMBAI/ PUNE/ DELHI/ BANGALORE/ AHMEDABAD AND HYDERABAD, One in each location Reporting to the National Head- Corporate Sales and Distribution.
Key Responsibilities :
Business Development :
- Responsible to Acquire corporate relations for the assigned Location Individually and with the help of team.
- Retain and service the account regularly
Sales :
- Responsible for the sales and revenue target for the location across products
- Responsible for acquiring no. of Individual client and to increase their wallet share
Team Management :
- Recruitment, training and retention in co-ordination with H.O
- Team member's performance- weekly, monthly and Qtrly reviews.
- To ensure that Team members gets regular sales from assigned accounts
- Team is up-to-date and hands on sales process, products, policies and MIS.
MIS and Process :
- Expected to follow designed Sales process and compliance norms
- MIS updating on or before prefix time line
Key Quantitative Deliverable :
No. wise we look at 15 new corporates to be acquired every month. Doing 2x to 4x of team cost
Basic Qualification Criteria :
Qualification Criteria :
- MBA with 5-7 yrs of corporate sales experience
- 3-5 yrs in sales of Investment products
- Should have good rapport and existing corporate base
- 2 -3 yrs of Team management
- Good at presentation skill
- Should be from BFSI Domain (Banks, Life Insurance, General Insurance & AMC)
Compensation :
As per industry norms and based on current compensation. Max 15 Lacs.
