Role Summary:
City Head is responsible for managing channel sales, dealer development and retail business for Chennai. The person would be handling a large number of people for given territories.
Job Responsibility:
This is City Head role based at Chennai, The person will be responsible for managing channel sales, appointing new channel partners, dealer development and retail business for the city.
The person will be taking care of city's revenues with P&L responsibilities also will be able to manage large manpower within the territories. Responsible for recruiting, training and performance management of the city team
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 2-8 years of work experience in the relevant field.
- Must have experience into Channel sales & Distribution
- Candidates from FMCG/ Telecom/ Ecommerce / Automotive industries are preferred
- Post-graduation from a Tier 1 college.
- Strong team handling skills - experience in handling a large multi-tiered team.
- Detail orientation and good data analytics skills is a must.
- Willing to work on 6 days in a week.
