City Demand Head - Sales - FMCG (3-10 yrs)

Job Profile:

Responsible for the delivery of steady state performance from the territory in 3 months with respect to acquisition and the expected daily drop points and daily orders by:

- Coordinating with the City Managers on the planning of the launch, signing off on the city wise launch plan by FOS

- Hiring of City Managers, training them on the process of managing acquisition

- Track performance of the team of City Managers

- Ensure that the acquisition is in line with the plan for each of the cities

- Audit the acquisition done by the team through telecalling and QC team, take action accordingly

- Ensure marketing collaterals are provided to the City managers for successful launch

- Ensure data visibility to the CIty Managers on their team's performance

- Ensure that LSQ data is updated everyday and that activities are on track as per plan

- Coordinate with logistics/sourcing/network design/TA HR team for smooth operations

Requirements:

- Tier 2 MBAs (MDI, IMT, SPJAIN, NMIMS etc.) and IIT/NIT Graduates with 3-4 years of experience in Sales/Growth

- Should have managed a team

- Good understanding of sales management systems and processes

- Capable of identifying problems

- Sales metrics understanding, capable of reviewing & tracking performance

- Good understanding of driving outcomes from field team

- Good understanding of Tier 2-3 cities grocery-kirana-convenience stores

- Should have a result-oriented, execution focussed bent of mind

- Start-up experience is preferred
